FNP45 Tactical--anyone running one suppressed?

I got to shoot my buddy's FNP45 last weekend and it really impressed me. High night sights to see over a suppressor, slide machined to take a red dot, fiteen rounds of .45 and ambi controls... what's not to like? I've thought about picking one up to use with a suppressor when I get back from my next deployment and thought I'd seek out some first-hand experience. Is anyone using one to run a suppressor?

I don't have one, but two of my shooting buddies have them and they both use them with suppressors. They love them, one is trading his M&P 45 and Glock since he likes his matched pair of FN45s so much.

I think if you are an NRA instructor you can buy them at law enforcement pricing. You might want to check on that and save some $$.

One of the FN models comes with a threaded barrel and recoil reducer installed. These new poly hi caps are the future, I told you so. The FN is about as good as it gets the only drawback is the price, but then, cool costs. As Will Smith told Tommy Lee Jones, "you drove the old n busted, I drive the new hotness."
