Follow up to 610 locking up

My very first post a short while back about my new S&W 610 locking up ended on a positive note -thanks in particular to MrRevolverGuy and others who took the time to give me feedback. I called Smith, they sent me a call tag. I sent in the weapon with a detailed letter. The weapon is back from Smith-they replaced the cylinder and said they did some work on the frame. I went right through 48 rounds (using the RIMZ 610 clips) of 10mm with no problems other than the brass is tight in the cylinder and needs to be tapped out between reloads. By the way, Smith turned that weapon around in less than 3 weeks and sent me six new moonclips as well. - Thanks to everyone for the constructive responses- plus I learned in the process. Definite win-win
 
Smith and wesson has good customer service i sent a 625 back and got it back in less then a week good to hear ur 610 is working now i really like the 610 i have a 610-2 3 inch and a no dash 6 inch
 
I have a 625 also-has been solid. My 610 is a dash 3 6.5 inch. -
