Forster bullet seating question

I recently loaded the following on my Forster co-ax press,
223 LC Brass - resized and neck tension with Sinclair Mandrel
69 g SMK bullets
Seating die Forster bench rest micro seater
No compressed loads.
Hornady bullet comparator
For 25 cartridges, I got the following results
.002 standard deviation
.007 extreme spread.
Question - Is this the best I can expect?

I am using a hornady bullet comparator and measuring the ogive. All primers are seated correctly. Any ideas?

When I see things like that I can usually track it back to brass prep in the neck area.

If your brass is or has been shot in a semi you may have burs or ejector swipes throwing off your measurements or the case head is not flat.
