GA Arms .30-06

Local gun shop (at least, local to my current TDY) has 400 rounds of Georgia Arms .30-06 (they also have 500 rounds of GA Arms .30-06 match, but my shooting skills aren't worth spending match quality $$ on).

I've got an M1 Garand (and enought clips) at home, plus an M1903A3 in cosmo at home. What I'm wondering is...is GA Arms .30-06 FMJ OK to use in an M1, or will it mess up the op rod?

It is OK to use. I just shot 50 rounds of it through a Garand yesterday. Georgia Arms makes good ammo.
