Well, I recently decided to start reloading. My first step is completed as of today. I dusted of the Sears card and ordered a Craftsman workbench. With that out of the way, my next step (hopefully the end of this month) will be ordering a Dillon SDB. I don't own any rifles now, and I will order it setup for my most expensive caliber (45 ACP). As you can tell, I am obtaining my setup piece-meal as finances allow, so it will be at least a month until I have everything I need. A couple of quick questions: I was thinking about mounting press to a 2x4 and then clamping to the bench. Those of you who have done this, how did you mount to 2x4? Did you run the anchor bolts through the bottom of the 2x4? Also, for those of you who shop at Gander Mountain, what lines of powder/primers do they carry? Or does it vary by location? Thanks.

RE SDB PLacement

I bolted mine right on my reloading bench, I use that bench only for reloading, I use a seperate desk/bench for cleaning my guns, servicing equipment, Ect.
