Ok, I am getting a K-31 and want to get involved in reloading.

From what I gather, all I need to start reloading this caliber is:

A Lee Anniversary kit $70
A set of 7.5Swiss dies. Different manufacturers, a lee 2-die-set is like $22
Powder: What brand and type? $~15
Brass (I will probably buy that Prvi Partizan ammo and shoot it and reload the brass. Otherwise graf brass)
Primers, what type and brand?
Bullets: Winchestrer FMJ, $9/100
a case length gauge aka calipers?
shellholder

Is this all?

At least two load manuals and read them...And read them...And read them again...

Recommend Lyman 48th edition and Sierra 5th edition. Others will advise other volumes...Heed them...

Oh...And welcome to the site. You have come to the right site to learn and add your 2 cents worth...

The manuals will give you detailed instructions on reloading procedures and lists of do's and don't's, answers to many questions and explanations. Plus load data...Even if your press kit comes with a load manual get another to compliment it...

Ok. The way Midway and Grafs lists primers is "Large Rifle." Will any of these primers fit the 7.5 swiss?

Also, I see I have to pay a Hazmat Fee. Would it be better to get powder and primers at a store? Where would I find this? Carters Country? Bass Pro shop?

To load the 7.5 would this work with the Lee Anniversary press?

Lee Limited Production Dies include a conventional bullet seater and roll crimper. You can choose the type of crimp you desire. They also include a shell holder, powder dipper, load data and storage box.

As for powder, Varget seems to be the ticket for the K31. I have been playing with 180g Remington CoreLokts that are showing great promise.

So I have been looking around very extensively and I think I have it down. What I will order is:

1. A Lee Anniversary Kit which includes:
Includes the popular Challenger Press, Perfect Powder Measure, Safety Scale, Powder Funnel, cutter and lock stud, inside/outside case mouth chamfer tool, sizing lube, Auto Prime, Auto Prime set of 22 shellholders and primer pocket cleaner.

2. Graff Calipers 0-6"
This is for measuring case lengeth, overall cart length.

3. A Set of 7.5x55 Swiss Lee dies which includes:

4. A Lee 7.5swiss case length gauge, which comes with another shellholder I guess.

5. Some boxes of Prvi Partizan 7.5 Swiss loaded ammo. This way I can first fire facroty ammo through my new gun and then reload the brass after.

6. Prvi Partizan .308 bullets, 168 grain (from what I read a pretty common load for 7.5 swiss)

This is all? I can buy primers and powder localy as well as a manual or 2. Am I missing anything? Am I overlapping on anyhting?

Yup. Or a gun show.

Brass (I will probably buy that Prvi Partizan ammo and shoot it and reload the brass.

Berden or Boxer primed?

The load data will tell you what powder and primer to use, with what bullet, all working around the fixed volume capacity of the powder dipper. If you want to be more flexible, you use an adjustable powder measure, and the load data from the manuals

Yes.
