Here's a rear view of the Novak and Hi-Viz front. At arms length the front dot fills up the rear notch.

Thanks for the pics Joe. That "Actual Sight Picture" pic is very helpful. Any one else have a sight setup they would like to post? You can't really tell what the picture is going to be from the package the sights are it in the shop so these pics are worth a thousand words.
