Glock 30 vs. Taurus PT-145

Okay gang,
I am looking for any input on these two pistols. They are the ones that I have repeatedly come back to. I want a compact .45. Both have roughly the same specs, 10+1 etc. The Glock is more expensive. I have held both and they both fit very well into my hand. I have not shot either and likely will not prior to purchase. That option just has not availed itself. What am I missing? I'd appreciate input for those that have handled and fired both. Likes, dislikes, whatever hit me with your best shot! Oh, and thanks for your time and consideration.

I had a Glock 30. It felt OK in my hands, so i figured, why not?

Then i tried to conceal it. Do yourself a favor and get the 36 instead.

My dad got a PT-145. It was HORRIBLY inaccurate, and it fired when the safety was on. After being sent back to Taurus, it still fired with the safety on.
