I am checking into the prices of Glocks using the law enforcement prices and just want to bounce a few off you guys.

Looking at a G26 or 27 for a conceal carry piece, and their is only one place within an hours drive of my place that sells at law enforcement prices. I called and they both 400 plus tax. Is this right? seems a bit high for even the LE prices.

Thanks for any input..

Granted it has been a few years since I purchased GLOCKS with a LE discount, I paid $390 or something around there for my 27 so I would say $400 sounds right. For non-LE $400 is a steal in my opinion. in the midwest where I live $500 is a good deal.

Hope this helps.

The last time I bought a Glock at LE, individual officer price was back in '96. That was my G27.

It was purchased from a Glock LE distributor and came with; they had installed them previously, Meprolight night sights.

Individual officer price at that time was $449.00 w/the night sights. Base LE price was $389 and that price stood for a long while.

I don't think the LE price has changed much since then. I think it's right around $399.00 with agency price being lower of course.

A G19 individual officer price on the G19 w/standard sights back in '88 was only $359.00.

Bought it then, still have it. ;)

FWIW, there is a similar thread running on TFL on dealer prices...

Glock dealer price?

Thanks sounds about right...I paid 399.00 for my G19 w/ Trijicons and 3 15rd. mags from the quartermaster section of my dept about 2 years ago. I haven't checked to see how much it goes for today...probably no more than 20.00 more..
