Good Deal or Not? Auto Ord / Colt 1911

Local shop has a 1911 Auto Ordinance frame with a Colt Delta Elite slide in 10mm. Stainless. $550.
Nice and tight. Stainless. Thoughts?

Seems a little high for a "parts" gun. Unless you are sure of what other parts went into it's creation and who did the work you may end up with a winner, or you may end up with a "project"

Any warranty from the shop?

Look it over very thoroughly, 10mm can be hard on some 1911 frames. I agree $550 is a little high for a parts gun w/o a provenance of who built it.

No clue of who did what or what else went into it. No warranty either.
This was part of a 250+ collection that is being consigned.
