Group Size????

I'm new to the reloading game and am not certain what is considered an "accurate" end product. I shoot a Glock 17 with standard, non-adjustable sights and would like to know what kind of group I should expect shooting off a cheap MTM plastic rest at say 10 to 15 yards? Keep in mind that I am a senior citizen with suspect eyesight and steadiness.

At that distance shooting off-hand I would be happy with 3-4". My eyes are not that good either.
