Gun shop owner makes case for no jail time

I've heard accounts of this shop, though never went there myself. Catered to a narrowly focused clientele, from everything I've heard.

As far as the right or wrong of federal firearms laws, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Sounds to me like this guy was arming the BAD guys, and we sure don't need any more of that in this state.

Sure. Why not? Lots of exceedingly dull people can memorize well enough to muddle through the bar examination.

So you are in a firefight with some street zombie who has a gun because this numbnuts wants to make an illegal buck.

You are wounded and sued by the zombies family and it costs you quarter of a mil in legal fees etc.

Wouldn't you wonder where the ATF was on this?

Well there they are.

Maybe a few less zombies get strapped and we have to pop a few less caps?
