Gun Shows in Reno NV?

I grew up in Reno and will be living here for the summer. Any good gun shows May through August?

Also, are there any gun shops with a large selection of 1911's?

According to this: http://www.nsrpa.us/gunshows.html there's supposed to be this show:

But you'll have to verify that -- it seems to conflict with the cancelled one.

There may be shows in both Carson City and Gardnerville, but I'd have to hunt for those.

Two shops that carry 1911s come to mind:

They're quite close together, Sportsmans is right by Ashley Furniture at the Moana Lane exit off 395, and Silver State is just North of there on Kietzke.

Sportsmans is open 7 days/week, Silver State is open 6 days.

Bizarre Guns (775-685-4867) in Sparks may also have 1911s, but I don't have a clear recollection of that. They're tricky to find, so pay attention if you ask for directions. The guy at the counter is often a bit of a curmudgeon, but if you can overlook that they have a good selection.
