i've been looking on gunbroker lately, and have found a gun. i was just wondering how it works. it seems like it's jsut like ebay. but, sometimes like ebay, do the people on gunbroker steal your money and not give you your product? any incite from those that have used it would be appreciated, because it has some nice deals on brand new guns. thanks

I've used gunbroker for about a dozen purchases and have always gotten better service than buying locally. Just be certain to check out the sellers feedback, No feedback NO bid. Also you'll want to have a transfer dealer lined out before you bid, sometimes pawnshops can be the cheapest.

I've recently sold two pistols on gunbroker, shipping is the big pita. Pistols must be shipped second day air about $40-50 per gun.Ups requires you use a hub, not an UPS store. You can ship rifles via USPO.Fedex wanted me to disassemble the pistol and still wanted $40-50 per gun.I got double what two local dealers offered me, and still think I underpriced the guns as they sold almost immediately at my buy it now price...
