H&R Model 900

Hello, I was recently given an H&R model 900 that needs the ejector replaced, I have found and bought the ejector but can’t figure out how to remove it. Does anyone have any info on this? And help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Easy. After looking at the diagram I still can’t seem to grasp how to to remove it.

I don't have an H&R to examine, but it appears to me: that unlabeled pin at the front of part #4 may hold things together. Maybe try driving that pin out and unscrewing the finger piece/end cap?

That’s kind of what I was thinking. I’ll give that a try and see. I attached a photo if that helps.
