don't get a Benelli!
I did, and although its a great gun, accessories are astronomically high in price.

I looked at a Pardner and passed on it. Super light, which made me believe it'd be a shoulder bruiser.

I tried replying earlier, but signal screwed it up. Let's try it again!

I have a Pardner Pump that I've Tacticool'd out a little bit, since I got the shotgun itself for under $100 used.

The barrel problem isn't much of a concern, you can find them online.

As for the Chinese bit, I'm sure that it's been reiterated NUMEROUS times that Remington and H&R have the same parent company, so it's a moot point. Even then, honestly, who cares? Berettas are from Italy, Sig-Sauer from Germany/Austria, Taurus from Brazil, Bersa from Argentina.... it's a global world out there, get used to it.

My particular Pardner Pump is on the heavy side, at least it feels heavy to me. I've put on too many things to list...so i'll show you instead.

Its not too over the top, and its proven itself time and again. Forgive my messy room.

The other day I got into a bit of a shootoff with it when my landlord swung by to show off his new Remington 887. It handled just as well, if not better, than the newer, supposedly "better" shotgun, and we both had a blast. He was floored when he found out it was made in China. That just made smile when he was surprised at the fact.

Guys i honestly dont care about a guns origins, yes i understand keep money at home and that chinese guns are often low quality but from people who own them i have never heard anything particularly bad in regards to the firearm.....yes i know chinese aks suck......... and lightweight? we didnt pick up the same firearm the one i handled was fairly heavy, my old mossberg maverick (sold so i cud pay help with family bills) weighed less loaded with slugs......and as to benelli im on an income budget, i wud love to try the benelli m3 convertible, but i have learned firearms that are cheap arent always bad..........i was taught to shoot at 6 years old on s&w sigma series (sw40ve police issue) they are cheap now for a handgun in factory condition and all i see is ppl bashing it on here........ most of the time they say save money buy a glock but come on? do yall not remeber when glock sued s&w for making a clone? if its good enough to get sued over it must be as good as the original......plus i have never heard of rules saying u cant fire lead bullets through a sigma, have you? and in regards to an 870.........price is an issue and im wanting a shotgun with a warranty, otherwise i wud go down to my local pawnshop and pick up a semi auto remington for 220

nice gun but its gunna be in my truck alot and most likely end up being put through more stuff than a russian ak (go kayaking thru the gulf.....be sat in my truck most likely nt secured for a few months....probably get dropped in the swamp and mostlikely droped off a cliff if my dad gets an idiot mark while at our fave range)........so i like the add ons but im woried in regards to durability of the add ons?......was there any dimples so u couldnt extend the mag tube?

There was dimples, yes, but the dremel with a chainsaw-sharpening bit took care of it REAL fast. The magazine extension I got, I found out later, was of low quality, so don't skimp out there, otherwise you'll end up with a fancy paperweight. Mine ended up binding as it fed shells, so I replaced it with the original locking nut.

The heat shield, choke, shell holder, and scope mount, are all parts for the Remington 870, and they worked well. The only major modifying I had to do was carefully grind the aluminum out of the rail mount to fit the slightly wider receiver.

I wish other H&R fans would chime in, I KNOW I've seen them here. If memory serves me correctly, the receiver on the H&R has more steel to it than the 870.

Yeah me too...........and what is the deal with them doing that,(putting dimples) i hear being politically correct reasons but in my opinion if they did that they myt as well conform to this place i call hell, Kalifornistan........,
