Handi-Rifle question

I'm curious and I want to know whether I can interchange the barrels on an NEF Handi-Rifle. I know you have to send it in to have the barrel fitted, but after that can you switch barrels by yourself? If so, I'm getting on of them. If not I'm still going to get one.

Yes , you can switch them yourself.
The reason for shipping the receiver to them is to make sure the barrel and receiver are "matched up"
Afterwards you can switch back and forth as your barrels all match your individual receiver.
In theory anyway...

I had one in 308 with the heavy barrel. Killed several deer with it and it shot great. I just couldn't use milsurp ammo in it.
