have a box of speer 260gr 45 cal bullets need load reccomendation??

okay I got a box of speer 260gr jhp bullets and are needin a load recommendation for a rossi 92 45 colt leveraction rifle? my speer number 13 with ruger only loads shows 18.5gr h110 powder so will the rossi 92 action handle this load?? thanks!

Yes.

My Speer #13 manual shows a H-110 18.5 grain Start load with that bullet.

It shows a Max load of 20.0 for that bullet.
So yes, the start load should be perfectly safe in a 92 rifle.

As would the Max load most probably after you work up to it.
The 92 is a pretty strong action as lever-action go.

rc model I tried 6 loads this morning and I was impressed they shot nice groups at the starting load! makes one helluva deer load!! and you know it kicked less than my 44mag in this same gun, nice shooter!
