Here is a photo of two .38spl service revolvers:

The Smith & Wesson 4" Model 10
The Colt 2" Detective Special

It occured to me that they could be called:

The Smith & Wesson .38 Murphy
The Colt .38 Sipowicz

Funny I always thought Detective Russell carried a DS, while Sipowicz (no idea how it's spelled) packed a j-frame??

I never named my Magnum Carry... but it's a beast with full house loads. Little dog, big bite.
