Does anyone know where we can look up our records to see what NICS would see. I.e if many years ago we had a misdemeanor or felony to see if it was expunged.
The reason is that under Hayes' the definition is now defined a little more broad and it is re-assuring to know what is out there.
I know I could probably go to a local courthouse, but then that may stir up for them to even look for anything... So where can we look out records?
Under Hayes’ it appears some people who may have been ok to have a firearms are risking being a felon now due to the broader interpretation.
So, how can we privately/anonymously look up our own record?
