I want to get into .22 bolt action shooting from 50 to 100 yards.

Heirloom 22 and your price point don't work in my books.

If you are looking for a good gun, I think any of the choices are good.
If you are looking for "heirloom", I think of guns which are upgradable, changeable.
Stuff happens, Years ago, I wouldn't have thought I would want a barrel tuner, suppressor, folding stock, 100% adjustable ... OR if the law changes, find a stock that isn't.
For me, I am thinking https://vudoogunworks.com/rifles/apparition/ But that is a lot of cash.
Then again, I would also be looking for a gun that can go out to 300 yards and accuracy is important.

I think the CZ 457 Lux will be good for you, but at the same time...

I would also look at Athlon Chronus for me.
For you, Primary arms, 1-8 with drops is a solid choice for field work.
