Help Me Identify This Upper

I am new to the AR thing. Built my first one this past year (6.5 Grendel - 18 " barrel) and am in the process of building a second one (223 Wylde - also 18" barrel). I have this upper that I got in a trade for a set of reloading dies. Not sure what it is exactly. Can the AR gurus of HR give me an idea of what I have here? Thanks.

Made by Brass Aluminum Forging Enterprises, but beyond that.......

Not a huge pile of actual makers, but lots of brands buy them and resell them under their own labels. Really not clue and the answer above is all you need to know.
