Requires that grandfathered weapons be registered under the National Firearms Act, to include:
Background check of owner and any transferee;
Type and serial number of the firearm;
Positive identification, including photograph and fingerprint;
Certification from local law enforcement of identity and that possession would not violate State or local law; and
Dedicated funding for ATF to implement registration

The rest I expected, but this... geez.

I figured they'd want registration. Everyone feared outright confiscation. The socialists are smarter than that. Would be too much resistance. Registration sounds moderate and reasonable to the public and our side will put up less of a fight as well.

But...she proposes radical gun laws each year. So no big surprises.

See how it shakes out. Imagine reality will be somewhere between what she wants and the freedom we have now.
