Clipse, I know you've posted pics of you're P-01 with your HBE rig - But I can't seem to find it. Couldja repost that pic(s) for me please?

I have a new CZ-85 Compact on the way and I'm gonna finally get a HBE for it.

Thanks!

BTW: The picture of the P-01 and the holster, and the close up of where the pistol rides can be found on Erics website.

For those that have never heard of HBE Leatherworks. Check out www.hbeleatherworks.com. He makes absolutely excellant holsters and belts. I am getting another one of these holster for my Mak.

Yeah! Those are the pics! Thanks!

I guess I should be asking Eric the following question . . . . . . But is the mouth of that holster reinforced? i.e. - when the weapon is removed, does the mouth collapse?

when the weapon is removed, does the mouth collapse?

Yes. It does slightly. I think with more wear it may colapse a little more. Reholster requires two hands. Just fyi.

I'm not Clipse, but I have a few decent pictures that you might like...

Though the COM wasn't designed to be tuckable, you can get away with it. :D

Mine is a COM, which has a reinforced mouth. It stays open, so holstering is one-handed.

Clipse's looks like a COM2 (am I right, Clipse?), which doesn't have the reinforced mouth, but is supposed to be more comfy.

Now Eric has a COM3 that he offers... unfortunately, I don't know much about it. He is a great guy though, so don't hesitate to shoot him an email and ask him.

Hey Clipse,

Thanks for the pics. I often dress just like the guy in the pictures (not sure if that's you or not).

I'll be contacting Eric in a couple of months to see about getting one of his tuckable holsters.

Yup thats me. I normally wear shirts just like that everyday only different colors. I probably have 16 diffirent short sleeve shirts like that.

Hey Clipse . . . . . . Are those bowlin' pins in the background fer shootin'?

I have Eric making a few holsters for me. A belt for my 1911, a pocket holster for my RAMI and a custom IWB similar to the COMs for CZ 75 series guns. As soon as I get any of them I'll be sure to post lots of pretty pictures for everyone to enjoy

For destroying bowling pins I find the .50 AE to be most rapid but .44 Mag to be the most cost effective :D

Had Eric make this one for my RAMI. It is posted on the HBE site and he calls it a DC Special. I really prefer the clips over belt loops as it makes is much easier for me to put it on and take it off.

I really like this holster a lot and recommend it without reservation. Good shooting;)

Well, Well...........hmmmmmmm. I have to thank you guys alot.....Thanks :D

I appreciate the kind words............very cool. My wife bought me an "HBE Specialty LeatherWorks" STAMP as a birthday present for my leather so I will have my name on my stuff from now on.........Ill post a pic of it later......very cool.

Thanks again............Shoot Well.....Eric
