High Standard Sport King feed issue

I have a like new High Standard Sport King that will not feed consistantly, it jambs the round partially in the chamber, I have one original mag and 2 replacements and all do the same thing. I tried to get on Spacek's website but keep getting redirected to some phishing site. I have heard that there was a tool to adjust feed lips on the mags, is this true and where would I find such an animal? Any suggestions on any of this issue?
