I purchased a threaded barrel for my CZ75 and I have an Octane silencer ready to go (it took a year to get!). The one thing I didn't think of was needing taller sights to clear the Octane.

I see CZ sells these options:

The problem is I don't know how tall they are, how tall they are in comparison to the stock sights I have, and how tall I need the new ones to be to clear the can. Does anyone know which is best? Emails and calls to CZ are left unanswered.

Or, if there are some non-CZ ones that would be better, I'd be happy with an upgrade. Maybe something like a HiVIZ?

I shot my buddy's Octane on my UG SP-01 and the sights worked fine. Those are the same sights that are on mine.

I would spend some time shooting it before you put the high sights on it. High sights are hard on holsters and catch on more things. Also, many shoot fine sighting through the can and don't need them. So, before I spent the time/money on the sights I would see how it works for you and also make sure you really like that platform with the can. May find you prefer another one better. All things I wish someone had told me before I dropped $$ on sights I didn't end up liking nor needing.

However, like many things, its personal choice.

When I first got the gun, I did not think I would like using the tall sights. After a couple shooting sessions, I got used to them and actually like them.
