Toilet Seat

As the former marketing director at Hogue, I suggested that when they introduced the Toilet Seats, they produce a limited edition for their gun grip customers. I proposed that they be molded in black santaprene rubber with the unique Hogue Cobblestone finish. Then have the Hogue logo mounted in reverse on each side of the seat. After a lengthy visit to the royal reading room, loyal Hogue customers would sport the Hogue logo on each cheek. :what: They didn't think my idea had merit. I think we would have sold thousands. What say you? If you like the idea, call them and ask for it. (805)239-1440.

A cousin of mine, upon earning his degree in ceramic engineering, ended up in charge of QC for a major toilet manufacturer.

I chuckled when I heard that, too. :D

He said he was looking for work elsewhere because plastics were going to make ceramic toilets obsolete.

Guess he was right. ;)

quickly release and put it in the dishwasher!

Creative I guess .... BUTT :neener:

Hogue toilet seats:

For when you absolutely, positively HAVE to put your ass on the line
.

This probably came about after some of the reports of the $2500 toilet seat acquisitions by the GSA.

Hey at least they're an American company

Hogue Toilet Seats / Gun Stock Rubber

OK, OK, but I have Hogue toilet seats in each bathroom and they are top grade and do not move or slide around like the Walmart or hardware store variety. Comfortable, soft, and will probably last for a long time - I'll let you all know in 20 or so years! :D

Same rubber, I think, that their handgun grips are made of! Feels Good, Looks Good -- YEAH!

Preacherman,

Wouldn't it be more of a SHTW accessory? :neener:

Sh*t Hit The Water...

or maybe I have simply been up too long, drank too much water, and studied too hard for my exams tomorrow.

Add an ink pad to the underside of the lid, stock with indelible ink, and you've got 1 week of free advertising...
I thought of having the ink impregnated into the logo for the same effect.
Hey at least they're an American company.
Sorry to disappoint you but Hogue laid off all of their molding employees and moved the plant to Mexico just this year. The wood grips are still made here.
