Holsters for SigPro 2022 + TLR-3?

I'm having a hard time finding a holster for my Sig SP2022 with a Streamlight TLR-3 attached... only one I found was a Safariland 6004, but that's more of a duty holster for LEO's. I'd like a good kydex OWB holster for around the house, and occasionally carrying either open or concealed.

Any suggestions? I've seen a few people mention they have a similar gun/light combo, just curious if you got holsters for it too... and if not, does anyone know a good custom holster maker, or whether I can call a company like Blade-Tech or Blackhawk and request a specific holster?
