Honey Bair. Reloader trash or treasure????

At coffee this morning a friends father in law passed And left him a honey bair shotgun reloader with all the well worn goodies.
So it got passed to me. Been reloading a lot of years and never heard of Honey Bair.
Needs some work is it worth my time will try and take some pix
