Someone wants to do a trade with me through Guns America. The guy sells a lot of high price collectables there. He's an FFL. Can I assume it's safe to trust him to send his end of the deal if I send mine first? How do you check on someone's rep on Guns America? Anyone know?

Usually past buyers can post a report telling about how they were treated - good or bad. If he's been selling guns at auction for some time he should have a track record.

Look at the bottom of the item description and they list the seller's area code, and sometimes "GA Sales" and a number. They also say under "Frequently Ask Questions,"

How do I know a seller is legit?
See if they have a history of selling here and if so, (unless of course they already have feedback) ask for a reference. If they are new to GA, ask for a local reference and at the very least, talk to them on the phone. You can generally get a feel for people.
