Hey guys. I just bought a Lyman Universal Trimmer this weekend and like it very much so far. While learning how to set it up though, I trimmed a few cases a little too much and am wondering if they're still okay to load and shoot. They're .30-06 and my Lyman #49 manual says to trim them to 2.484". There are a couple at 2.481" and a couple at 2.479". Is that too much or will they be safe to use?

Sorry if this is a stupid question.

There is no safety reason not to use them ... they will grow back to the trim length after a few firings. They may not be ideal for crimped loads.
