How should I size my 7mm Rem?

I've got a Steyr Pro-Hunter in 7MM Rem Mag and I need to start working up a load. I am torn between buying an actual neck-sizer or just useing the full length and bumping back the shoulder. It is my hunting rig, but I do shoot it at the bench much more than the field.
Any thoughts?
Oh Ya, Im gonna try out those 160grn Nosler Accubonds. Anyone trying those yet?

I neck size a lot of my hunting stuff, but when reliability becomes an issue, I set my FL die to give me a 2-3 thou shoulder bump. This works really well with the "S" dies: You can set the bushing to size as much - or as little - of the neck as you want, and bump the shoulder at the same time, getting the best of both neck and FL sizing
