Hello, I am relatively new to reloading, I started with a single stage press and recently got a Lee Loadmaster. As it is apparently the norm I have had several issues with the press but so far it has worked out. I have a quick question, has anyone figured out how to "block" the next case in the case feeder from being fed into the press?

Whenever something goes wrong, I want to be able to stop the case feeder from continuint to feed cases so that I can raise and lower the arm and index the press to work out the issue. So far the only way I have figured to do this is disassemble the case collator from the 4 tubes and then pinch the tube that is currently feeding the cases, take out the tube and empty it and the n use tweezers to get the last case that is at the bottom of the case feeder. Is there an easier way?

Thanks

The only thing I've done is use my fingernail to push the last case back up into the tube, then turn the tube enough so the cases don't fall out.

I also turn the 4-tube holder assembly slightly until it pinches against the case. It will hold it in place. The very bottom case may come out, but it is easy enough to pick it up before it gets pushed into station one and drop it into the collator.
