Welcome to THR.

It is a Russian AKM bayonet.http://www.ak-47.us/AK-47Bayonets.php

AKM Type 2 Also early AK74, Heavy square hilt, with wire cutter and sawback
AKM Type II and early AK74 - the knife has a handle with a squared off metal butt cap with the lug slot in it, a clip point (bowie) blade with wire cutter slot (Chinese don't have wire cutter) and a wrist strap which is canvas or leather of various colors depending on country of origin. The scabbard can be either as described for the Type I or the Type I transitional depending on country of origin. For Russia, East Germany, Bulgaria, and Yugoslavia the resin scabbard with wire cutter is used, for Poland and Egypt the metal scabbard is used and for China the resin scabbard without wire cutter is used.
