Anybody in the greater New Orleans area who was lucky enough to have a roof over their head in September has nothing to complain about.

Good argument from a realist standpoint, but from a legal standpoint I don't find it valid. Thier release date is thier release date is thier release date. Simply put, they've served thier time and are no longer obligated to society to sit in a prison somewhere.
