Is there someone who could tell me where could I find a place from where I could buy a device which can throw litle knives at a minimum distance for 15 feet ( device with a resort). If yes send me a n email at [email protected]. I pay nomatter how much.
 
Maybe you can tell us what you're attempting to do with these? It sounds a little like you're looking for a spear gun...

A real Spring loaded Spetnaz knife, will throw about 15 meters (they are hard to get)
Some imitations were sold years ago, but they were poor quality.
(resort is spanish for spring) For underwater use you are better off with spear guns, that are not deflected as much by the water friction.
