Ordered a PSL from J&G while they're cheap and not banned yet.

Placed my order in the middle of last week -- was coming UPS. I figured it'd be here by Monday. Nope. Tuesday, called my gun shop and still no package. I had to leave to go to Kentucky for work.

They called me about an hour after I left for Kentucky saying the rifle arrived with the afternoon packages.

Crap.

Fast-forward to this morning. Every major weather network is warning of the pending snowstorm... the one that seems to be just dusting everything at this point.

I call my shop to make sure they're going to be open (at around 9:00 am). "Yeah, we'll be here unless things get really nuts like the last snow!"

Woo-hoo!

Finish up business in Kentucky and head home. Rolled into town around 3:30 this afternoon and head straight to the store... get into the store and the TBI OFFICE JUST CLOSED IN CASE OF HEAVY SNOW!!!:banghead:

I guess I will wait until Monday. Tennessee REALLY needs a law for valid permit holders to purchase long arms without a B/G check.

If you think that is bad, listen to this. So my friend orders an upper for his AR15 in the beginning of October with an estimated wait of about 2 months. So, last month he got curious as to where his upper went (at about the 4 month mark) so he sends an e-mail and it turns out that the upper he wanted wasn't available and he has to order a diiferent one. The worst thing is, he had to e-mail them to find out that it was unavailable!

Service sucks. A similar thing happened to me when I ordered my suppressor.

Once you type PSL in the google search bar, add a space. Google suggest will start offering up suggestions for how to complete your search term. In my case, PSL Rifle was the first suggestion on the list.
