Think this is the right place...

I have a BRNO ZKW 465 22 Hornet, which I inherited from my grandfather. He died 25 years ago and I know he had the rifle for at least 5 or 6 years. I would rate it around 97% condition.

I am not interested at all in selling it, but would like to know anything/everything about it. I can give the serial number and all markings if anyone knows enough to help.

I would also very much like to find extra magazines for it. I contacted CZ USA and was told that I needed to contact Euro Imports, but they didn't give a website, email address, etc. I did a google search for "Euro Imports BRNO Gun Parts" and found some information here http://www.shooting-hunting.com/results.html?Keywords=Gun+Parts&FoundID=100 but neither the email address or website/URL work. Have not tried the phone number yet.

Anybody have any info for me?

I would contact CZ again and ask if they have a better reference.

Jim

Panzer, here some additional information that might be of interest: an old thread from 2003.

You might also want to seek current contact information by posting an enquiry here.

Good luck! If you locate any updated sources, please post here so that we may all benefit. Thanks in advance.

There is a gentleman who goes by the handle BRNOMAN on www.rimfirecentral.com

You can find him in the CZ forum.

I believe he used to actually work at the BRNO factory.

He can tell you all you would like to know.
