What is it with Glocks? Apparently this isn't the only ND like this.

Captain Trite here,"Remove the mag, THEN rack the slide, THEN doublecheck
to be sure it's empty.

"Hey Bill, ever played Russian Roulette with an automatic? I'll go first, load the mag, and pull the trigger, rack the slide, THEN it's YOUR turn..."

I thought you had to be a professional or some sort of operator to own a glock? J/K guys.

He was demonstrating what NOT to do...best safety lesson ever IMHO.

I know that happened years ago, but if any of those kids ever accidentally shoots themselves after that, they probably had it coming..

I am surprised he hasn't been discharged from the DEA, period. Are they that hard up?
Yes, they ARE that hard up. Sifting through piles of affirmative action applicants takes up a great deal of their time.

The order of federal alphabet soup agencies who at least APPEAR professional goes like this:

1. The fbi tries to appear professional and sometimes succeeds
2. The dea is a bunch of cowboys who sometimes pretend to be respectable (mostly only because they just want their endless drug war go look good).
3. The bureau of alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and big fires writes the book on corrupt cowboys. No other federal agency actually respects them. They are a failure at everything they touch and over hype the one mexican gun runner they catch to whitewash nonstop EXPENSIVE failure. They chase and show up at big fires to make themselves look official, important, and "in charge."

Sorry - the hiring practices of the DEA nor the legal travails of their agents are not on topic for a gun-focused forum. Oh, and poking fun at other folk is hardly on The High Road, no matter how much they may make us shake our heads in wonderment....
