I picked up a pound at the gun show this weekend. I will be trying it out in 9mm, 45acp, and probably 38spl.

Just a note, that powder charge range is probably going to be very light. Hodgdon used and OAL of 1.200" and you are planning on using an OAL of 1.275". You're not even planning on loading the max charge recommend by Hodgdon. Pressures are going to be very low and might not reliability cycle your slide depending on which gun you're shooting.

I think the Hodgdon load used the old Hornady Truncated Flat Point 230 Gr., so I would expect a shorter OAL.

4.3 does sound low to start though. I would suggest loading the RN to fall between 1.260 and 1.265. Simply because 1.275 is max and I have found some mags have a hard time with it.
