I can't see it cathing on. The problem I see with this offering is that it goes from the 5.56 to the 5.7, which is essentially an underpowered 5.56 that costs more.

If it "floats someone else's boat," that's great, but it's not for me.

Actually, with the rising cost of 5.56, the gap between the two rounds is constantly getting smaller.

Good point.

If they want to sell the 5.7 cartridge, make a sub-PPK sized pistol for it. I'd buy one tomorrow.

I don't believe a 5.7 mag could fit in anything near a PPK sized grip frame.

The rounds are pretty similar in price now, but the 5.7 is certainly less powerful.

but if you already have a 5.7 pistol, this is cheaper than a ps90. Plus it ejects empties out the magwell, which would make it super easy to catch the brass to reload.

I think this is a really neat design, even if it isn't really practical.

I have a Five Seven pistol, so I would consider this over a PS90. Would make a pretty neat little varmint setup.

Upper for $700. Lower for $200. Might not be as cool looking as a PS90, but it'd be only half the cost..even less if you already have a lower.
