Where can I find out if it is legal to ship a mauser scope mount or sling to France?

It is legal. No restricitions on stuff other than actual Firearms and Actual Loaded Ammo.

I am in France, and that is my understanding of it. I will check further on Ammunition components... but a sling and scope no issues.
