introduced a new shooter today at lunch! (edited thread title)

Took my new co-worker to the range at lunch. He is from India and has only been here for a few years. He had never so much as seen a real gun so the chance to change his notions about guns, and gun owners was great. He was actually a pretty good shot- after we went through the safety issues and how to load and be safe- the 4 rules all that he popped one off downrange-

He shot a few more single rounds prior to me giving him a maxed out mag, about half way through the full mag he had to stop and take a breath. He was getting those first time nerves/excitment shakes.

Next trip will be to the outdoor range for some shotgun fun

There is nothing cooler than teaching a new shooter. Just took a buddy for the 'second' trip and got another buddy chomping for his second trip as well. Both are hooked.
