Investarm Gemmer Hawken or Lyman Great Plains ?

Looking at the Lyman Great Plains flintlock and saw the Investarm Gemmer Hawken flintlock that appears to be the exact same rifle. Price is about the same for both , are they the same rifle made by the same factory ? Is one better than the other ? -Thanks

The Lyman Great Plains was built by Investarms.
I'm not sure if they are still, I believe Pedersoli has started building them.

Investarms does make Lyman rifles. I'm pretty sure they make the Gemmer as well. Pedersoli makes the Lyman signature series which looks much the same but the rear sight looks more like a Gemmer sight.

I believe the Pedersoli version is the only one available at the moment. I have both the Investarm Trade Rifle and GPR, and both are exceptional values for the price. Pedersoli makes a fantastic product but they are twice what I paid for either of mine.
