Is it possible to replace Novak Adjustable night sights with Fixed night sights!?

Are there any Fixed Sights out there that can replace my adjustable novak sights? I cant stand it....

someone told me The Novak Adjustable sights use a specific sight cut so a Novak Fixed sight cannot be used. AM I SCREWED FOR LIFE!!??!

A Novak fixed will fit, but it will have an ~ .150" wide notch in front of the sight showing where the forward end of the adjustable sight fit. Same with other brands made to fit a Novak cut. That leaves you with having someone make you one to fit if you can't live with the gap. A good gunsmith should be able to do that, but it might be pricey.
