Is there a fore-end grip that attaches to a normal r4 handguard?

Do those not accept most grips? It says they will in the description, and they don't look very different from my rails. I don't really know the difference between M1913 rails and standard picatinny and whatever, maybe someone else does.
I always thought forend grips looked funny with standard handguards, but I haven't seen one in a while. I might think about one of those picatinny strips on the bottom of my A2 handguards to install a light bi-pod up front.
