$150 is a pretty good price (however you have a little over a day of bidding to go and no "buy now" price so I hope it stays nice and low).
Looks like a Baikal commercial model (not a military surplus).
The Russian guns are fine shooters, and are pretty much equal to the Bulgarian ones, but not as nice as the East Germans (the East German model is considered "the best"). The problem with the Russians used to be the sights ... if ya broke 'em you where screwed, but now Karl over at www.makarov.com sells replacements for the Russian adjustable sights (I think the Russian sights are better then the ones that came on my Bulgarian ... but my Bulgie now has a set of Novak low profile sights).
Suggested reading for anyone considering a Makarov:
The Russian Military ones have fixed sights and are less common (therefore more valuable) In addition, some of the Russian Military are old enough to be considered C&R eligible.
There are some Russian Military ones that where imported by mistake (customs thought they where Bulgarian) ... if you stumble across one that is advertised as a Bulgarian but instead of the Bulgarian proof mark (a 10 in a circle) it has the Soviet proof mark (a triangle in a circle) then grab it
As for this particular Russian Commercial one, it's still at $150 with 19 hours to go, so it looks like its going to be a good deal (is that you who bid on it?).
EDIT
I went and looked at the ad again ... the gun only comes with one magazine. Most Makarovs come with 2 mags, a holster and cleaning rod.
