Sorry, this is simply not news, and it isn't factual.

How is it not factual? Serious question, I just want to know what in the article isn't accurate. I have seen multiple other articles generally stating the same thing and I would like to know what part is inaccurate.

They have been chipping away at posse comitatus for years and this is just another brick out of the wall. Doing these things for an honorable reason now gives precedent for others to do it for not so honorable reasons in the future.
