I sure do like my IWB holster for my XD Sub. The one thing I don't like however is the holster sinks the handle to close to the pants waistband making it hard to get my fingers around the handle when drawing some times....

I have a Don Hume leather clip-on style...
Does anyone know of a simple leather IWB that rises the gun up an inch or so????

What I call my "house" holster. For when I don't have trousers with a belt on, I use a Alessi Talon II. Great holster, and works very well on it's own as a regular IWB holster.

I have one for almost every Pistol I own. Kahr(2), SIG(4), Glock(3), 1911(5), Hi power(2). I have a bunch more of each make pistol, but I sure have a lot of Talon II holsters I collected over the years. The numbers in Parenthesis are the number of holsters for each brand, not the number of pistols of each brand.

As you can see I really like them.

tucker cover up

I use a Tucker cover up most of the time. It has a clip with three holes in it. You can adjust the height and tilt this way. However, I broke my clip the other day. When I was ordering a replacement, I noticed it said they were about 2 months behind right now

Tuckers are the most comfortable IWB's for me, and they can be adjusted up or down. However, CABO ("conceal a big one") makes the highest rise IWB of all - simple but effective.

Milt Sparks Watch 6. This has been the most comfy holster I've seen yet! The angle is perfect, the gun is easy and fast to draw, horsehide wont absorb sweat.... on and on:D

Bianchi clip-ons get the grip up pretty nicely. Only trouble is there's no cant adjustment, and the clip is straight up-and-down, so one has to adjust the angle surreptitiously fairly often.

Try Rafter-S. They are less than $60, made to order and ship in 3-4 weeks. I have one for a 5" gov model and one for Glocks. They are very comfortable, require no braking in, and allow a full combat grip on the butt.

I am sure there are better ones, but these don't require a 6 month wait and will serve you very well.

Kramer horsehide is very good and will not ever wear out.

This is true, the agonizing wait sucked, but the comfort and quality was worth it:D
