IWI Galil Ace 308 Advice on Optic???

I have a new Galil Ace 308 rifle and really like the iron sights on it but do want to mount either at 2 to 7 or other magnifying optic maybe even a 3 to 9 by 40 scope
Or a 3 power magnifier on a flip up hinge and a holographic sight or razor vortex Red dot.
Like to not something that still enables me to use the excellent iron sights that are on the Galil without having to remove the optic
But I do not necessarily care if I can truly cowitness I'm with my red dot/eotech type or other optic, as long as I can at least see them and use them either by looking under the optic eye Mount or through it.

What do you recommend?

Also what would you recommend for a Tavor 7 308?
For that I'm pretty much planning on a 3x magnifier and a Vortex razor Red Dot or Vortex holographic AMG

All I can say is my eyes don’t do well with magnifiers. I’ve looked through a Vortex and Aimpoint. The Aimpoint was much sharper but still a little blurry to me.
